Non Issues
Foam Sweet Foam’s manufacturer’s warranty does not cover certain occurrences that are natural properties of Latex, Memory Foam, and Pocketed Coils that do not stem from manufacturing defects or product quality issues.
These occurrences include
- Air voids or small cracks/tears (less than 3 inches).
- Discoloration or yellowing of the Latex or Memory Foam.
- Use of an inappropriate foundation may void the warranty.
It is crucial to ensure that your mattress is placed on a proper foundation, such as one with slats spaced 3 inches or less apart or an adjustable base. Spring foundations or those with slats wider than 3 inches apart may cause damage to the latex mattress and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Not Covered
The following conditions are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and will result in voiding the warranty:
- Damage resulting from spills, burns, accidents, mold, or other acts of nature.
- Misuse of the mattress cover, improper laundering, or normal wear and tear.
- Leaving the mattress boxed up for more than 30 days.
If you encounter any issues with your mattress, please reach out to our customer care specialists for assistance. A receipt showing proof of purchase is required for returns or warranty exchanges. Our customer service team will assess and make the final determination regarding any necessary repairs or replacements. Please note that the warranty will not be renewed or extended following any product replacement or repair
