Most of our mattresses are shipped via FedEx, and ship free to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Most mattresses will ship in 1-3 packages
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii
Packaging & Weights
Twin and Full Latex Mattresses will typically ship in one (1) or two (2) packages depending on the model. Our Queen and King Latex Mattresses will typically ship in three (3) to four (4) packages.
Memory Foam and Hybrid Mattresses, along with accessories all ship in one (1) Package.
*Due to the weight of latex foam rubber our mattresses can weigh up to 200 lbs in total; therefore, for our customers convenience we ship latex mattresses in multiple packages

Latex Mattress Returns & Exchanges
- 120 DAYS TO TRY
- $50 EXCHANGE FEE
- The $50 fee is per exchange; you can exchange one layer at a time with unlimited exchanges within the 120-day trial period.
- $99 RETURN FEE
Foam Sweet Foam offers flexibility with our Latex Mattresses. If you require adjustments or find the current feel of your mattress uncomfortable, we provide the option to exchange one layer for a different firmness or type of latex within 90 days of purchase.
The exchange process entails a nominal fee of $30 to cover shipping costs for the first replacement layer.
Additional layer exchanges within the 90-day window will incur full shipping charges. Please note that we cannot accommodate layer exchanges after the 90-day period.
All exchange layers must meet specific criteria, including being free of dirt, stains, tears, and odors, to qualify for exchange.

All Latex Toppers are covered by our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. We do not offer comfort exchanges on Latex or Memory Foam Toppers.
A full refund will be issued after the return has arrived at our facility, processed, and inspected. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
